What services do you offer?
We offer personal training, small group classes, courses and workshops. Our courses are exercise focused and generally run once a week for 6 weeks focusing on a particular exercise, for example deadlifts. Our workshops are one off events that primarily focus on wellbeing as opposed to movement.
How do I get started?
If you'd like to attend a class, get started straight away with our new member 2-week unlimited class offer. Otherwise, if you're interested in personal training, courses, or workshops, start by filling out the contact form and we will get back to you asap. We aim to reply within 24 hours, feel free to nudge us!
Are all of the teachers and coaches also women?
YES!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks.
Can I use the 2-week intro offer for Run Club or only classes at the gym?
Yes, the 2-week intro offer can be used for Run Club. You can book to attend on our app, just as you would a class!
Why is a consultation necessary for PT?
Our approach to personal training is holistic. We take into consideration not only the basics like your health history and goals but important factors such as your emotional and mental wellbeing, your stress levels, support system, your mental health, your past experiences and the deeper reasons behind your goals. These are all key in allowing us to understand you as a person, not just a physical body so that we can best support you. The consultation allows us to dive deeply into all of these areas, allowing us to coach you in a way you'll best respond to.
Is it a friendly space?
Our members say so! Our classes are kept small with just 6-7 women per class to encourage conversation and connection. We also have socials throughout the year where you can come and meet new people too!
Can I use the two-week intro offer for personal training?
The 2-week intro offer is only valid for classes and Run Club. If you’d like to try personal training, you can book a free consultation with us.
Can I come to the gym and train on my own?
We are a private personal training and small group class gym so we do not offer open hours for members to come and train on their own.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, our classes are tailored to you, every time. Whether it's your first ever class or you're just feeling tired that day, our coaches will meet you where you are at and are always there to offer lot's of options to ensure you always feel comfortable & confident in what you're doing!
What should I bring with me?
You and a bottle of water! Wear comfy clothes that you can move in easily. You're welcome to exercise with or without trainers, as preferred.
Is there a shower/changing area?
We have 1 bathroom with 1 shower which is shared with another business in the building. Since it is shared, we do recommend you factor extra time in, in case it is occupied. You are welcome to change in the bathroom or in the gym, as preferred. If you are using the shower, please bring your own towel.
Do you offer PT sessions for two people?
Yes, we offer twin sessions for women who want to train together. These sessions are only suitable for women of similar ability levels to ensure both participants benefit equally from the training.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
We are the first (and currently only) gym in London offering a trauma-informed approach to movement. We understand that the way we think, feel, and move is often shaped by past experiences, many of which operate automatically and unconsciously. These patterns are often the biggest barriers to women achieving their goals. Our experiences shape not only how we approach exercise, but also how we set goals, manage our lifestyle, and experience wellbeing. By recognising and addressing these deeper influences, we’re able to coach with a broader, more holistic perspective — helping our members create lasting change from the inside out. All of our coaches hold a CPD in 'A trauma-informed approach to movement.
