“I believe that movement is medicine — for the mind, body, and soul. For me, fitness is about so much more than just building physical strength, it’s been a key part of my healing journey.

Over the years, exercise has become a powerful tool for managing anxiety and PTSD — issues I’ve personally struggled with. Fitness has given me the clarity and resilience I needed to reclaim my mental and physical well-being. It’s been a slow but incredibly rewarding process, and now I’m passionate about helping others tap into that same strength.

Around a decade ago, I discovered aerial arts, which completely changed how I saw my body, allowing me to express myself through movement. Training in aerial circus arts, particularly Lyra, opened my eyes to my body’s full potential.

It was the inspiration I needed to delve deeper into strength and flexibility training, as I wanted to unlock even bigger and better skills. The process of getting stronger not only helped me improve my aerial abilities but also gave me a sense of empowerment that has influenced every aspect of my life.

Having worked in a high-pressure desk job for years, I know how challenging it can be to make time for yourself amidst a busy schedule. Through lots of trial and error, I figured out how to prioritize fitness in my life, and I love helping others do the same, no matter their goals.

There’s something truly incredible about discovering the strength that lies within all of us. I can’t wait to guide you through that journey and be your biggest cheerleader along the way.”
