Often instead we describe our emotions as more ‘normal ‘ ones to escape identifying how we actually feel.

Did you eat too much over the weekend?⁠⁠If you’re sat at home feeling bad after saying to yourself ...⁠⁠‘I shouldn’t have eaten all that food, I feel so bloated & crap!’⁠⁠Or ⁠⁠‘I’ll cut down my food on Monday for a few days to make up for it!’ ⁠⁠Then STOP right there!⁣ 🛑 ✋🏾 ⁠⁣⁠Restricting your intake encourages a unhealthy relationship with food.

This month I re-opened my beautiful studio 😍 I was straight in, tunes on, ready to welcome my lovely clients back for the first time in months😃 If you missed the news, my studio @awc.wellnesstudios officially opened the first week of December last year, but due to Covid, we shortly had to close 😞 As much as I have LOVED seeing my lovely clients online (and meeting their cats, dogs, kids and partners)I am so excited to see everyone in person this week & have some normality back!

When on a fat loss journey it’s easy to get into cycles of guilt and regret after social occasions where you didn’t ‘stick to plan.’

So I’ve been absolutely terrible at posting!
