

Sometimes my breakfast looks like the left & sometimes (most of the time) it looks like the right!
The most important thing to remember about your food is the NUTRITIONAL VALUE.
& not something your fav blogger is eating , which is gluten free, dairy free, topped with blueberry & goji berry muffins with magic unicorn powder on top. Oh and let’s not forget its also low carb, keto, vegan, vegetarian and completely calorie free 🙄
Eating like the latter all the time is not realistic. More importantly, if it’s something you want to stick to longterm, it has to be convenient for you to buy, prepare and eat!
I’m not going to lie, sometimes I like to prance around the kitchen 💃 and spend an hour or two making breakfast, but most of the time I just want something quick that does the job. (Porridge, Museli, Chia pudding- see my previous meal plan post to see exactly what I eat!)
The food that’s going to make you feel your best, is the food that you enjoy buying, cooking and eating. It’s the food that fits in with YOUR lifestyle, not some random chic on the internet.
Remember when you come onto instagram that we are all sharing the HIGHLIGHTS of our life, whether that be food, holidays, weight loss progress or relationships! It’s a teeny snap shot into someone’s life.
