

📣 We're SO happy to welcome Francesca as our newest coach ! 💜 We’re growing and we couldn’t be more excited!
Francesca is a registered Nutritionist (ANutr, Association for Nutrition), Personal Trainer and Boxing coach 🥊 She has a Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Health and a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, so she is incredibly knowledgable on many aspects of health and wellbeing! She became a Boxing coach after trying combat sports during her degree and hasn’t looked back since! Being in the ring has taught her how to stay calm even when knowing she might get knocked out, which she says is a transferrable skill for life (we agree 😄) You can read her full story here, where she talks about moving to the UK from Italy to ‘love her imperfect self’. 🙌

Here are her top tips for maintaining a healthy & nutritious lifestyle ⬇️
1) Your mind-body connection is a powerful tool! Use it often. As when you are stressed or overwhelmed you can feel physically in pain, you can change your mindset by exercising and moving your body.
2) Remove all non-essentials from your life. Decluttering creates not only physical space but also creative mental space.
3) Challenge yourself. You achieved a new PB because your coach challenged you. Think about that feeling of strength and empowerment. Regular challenges are so important for your self-confidence.
