
I love meditation.. seriously. It has helped me SO much.
With my mood, creating space for myself, processing challenging times, regulating my emotions and keeping me grounded.
Like anything, you’ll gain the most when you practice consistently. I’ve meditated on and off for years but during early lockdown I committed to a 30 day practice and was absolutely blown away!
At the time, I was processing a lot of difficult things in therapy, I noticed my dreams started to change, I was having memories, receiving information and during mediation I even started to experience shaking (a form of trauma release).
If it wasn’t for this commitment to practice, my last 6 months would have been very different to what they have been. I’ve been able to work through things I didn’t have the strength to look at previously- all though committing to spending more time with myself and my body through my mediation practice.
I always love to include a meditation in my monthly Women's Circle workshops, on my podcast and at every chance I can get because it can be SO beneficial & I want everyone to experience it for themselves!
Meditation is a great tool to reduce stress and anxiety, increase your awareness and can also improve sleep. It may seem like something simple but it can help you in so many small yet big ways.
& remember, if you meditate and ‘nothing happens’, no experience is an experience in itself💜
