Maintaining Your Progress As the World Changes!

As lockdown continues to lift - Have you considered how you’ll still meet your goals or maintain your progress? 👀

A lot of the conversations I’ve had in the studio ahead of the weekend, have been around managing life as we get back to normal..

No doubt there will be more opportunities to eat out, drink & socialise 💃

& whilst you totally should take every opportunity to see your loved ones & have a great time, do so, with yourself in mind.

🥘 Rather than a starter and a dessert, chose what you want most
🌳 Rather than staying in all weekend ‘recovering’ , get out into the fresh air and move your body in a way that feels good to you

Over the years, I’ve become more relaxed with my routines as I’ve found my balance with life, work, relationships and now my little Frenchie puppy! But it’s a constant thing that is always changing. As something in my life changes, I remember that I too need to adapt, to keep myself well. ( & after many years, this is finally of the upmost importance to me )

As with anything, rather than thinking about the task at hand, & what it costs you, think about what you’ll get OUT of it.

That’s where you’ll find your motivation!
