

Life isn’t JUST about losing weight & working out!
I eat well and train hard so that I can be happy OUTSIDE of the gym!
I feel healthy, energised & confident in my body and my mind as a direct result of my training and nutrition and because of this, I have an amazing life that I am so grateful for 💓
This is a big part of my ‘WHY’. Why I train even when I don’t want to & why I try to make the best choices for my body even when it’s hard.
