Do you have ALL the intention to start a wellness routine and then somehow find yourself never following through? 😅 ⁠

The funny thing is that when we take better care of ourselves and stick to a wellness routine, all of the above is eradicated. ⁠

We have MORE energy⁠
We FIND the time to do what we know works for us⁠
& we FEEL more inclined to do it because we want to continue feeling good!⁠

In short, JUST START 🔥⁠

It’s the only way you’re going to get into a routine. ⁠

There’s a first day for everything right? The same goes with wellness! 💕⁠
