Do you have ALL the intention to start a wellness routine and then somehow find yourself never following through? 😅
I’ve been there too & I know how frustrating it is.
I’ll learn something new and think to myself,
‘YEAH! That will be so good for me, I’m going to start doing that!’ & then the time comes to do it and I’m either:
- Too tired (how many times have you told yourself this!)
- Too busy
- Or I cant be bothered (*cough* being lazy 👀)
The funny thing is that when we take better care of ourselves and stick to a wellness routine, all of the above is eradicated.
We have MORE energy
We FIND the time to do what we know works for us
& we FEEL more inclined to do it because we want to continue feeling good!
In short, JUST START 🔥
It’s the only way you’re going to get into a routine.
There’s a first day for everything right? The same goes with wellness! 💕
