Periods & Exercise 💜
Do you find aerobic exercise harder at different parts of your cycle ?
Well, today I’m reminding you that, that is NORMAL!
So, quit feeling bad about it & expecting your body to perform at a ‘certain standard’
Today’s post is really quite fitting as I’m on my cycle, low energy, dodgy back & about to teach my wonderful Saturday class to 20 lovely ladies in the park!
What am I going to do to practice self care & listen to my body?
Not push myself
Focus on my breathing
Drink plenty of water
Focus on form over speed
REST adequately afterwards (MOST important)
