YES & it was delightful.
The best part though, was being able to enjoy it with ZERO guilt!
Gone are the days believing there are ‘good foods’ & ‘bad ones’
Or saying ‘I’m not allowed that’ (whether it was in my head or to a friend)
I spent SO many years battling with myself and my body. Depriving it from what it wanted and the joy that social occasions bring.
We need community NOW more than ever before 💜
So they next time you’re out, and you see a burger stuffed with Mac and cheese...

Food is just a source of energy ✅

In fact, there is no such thing as a ‘food that makes you gain weight ’
The same way, that there are no ‘weight loss foods’ either 🔮
One meal out, connecting with loved ones and enjoying your food is going to make you more successful in your weight-loss than begrudgingly ordering a salad or avoiding social situations 🌎 💕
