If you haven’t heard, my baby @awc.wellnesstudios is growing!!!!
Earlier this year I set off to find my dream trainer to join the AWC team.
84 applicants later, I was left feeling deflated with not being able to find the right fit.. I needed someone who’s values aligned, who was passionate about a holistic person centred approach & someone who had their own story to share!
After sitting in my misery for a bit, I decided to do what I do best - MANIFEST!
I rewrote the job description and each day I imagined what this trainer would be like. How they would interact with clients, what their values would be, what they were passionate about and sure enough within a couple of weeks I found her!
So here we are, officially introducing our first addition to the PT gang - Eno! 💜
Eno is a World Powerlifting Champion 🔥 being awarded with 2X IPF World Powerlifting Champion, 2x EPF Masters Classic Champion and EBF Benchpress Champion!
In other words, she is INCREDIBLE not only in her accomplishments which have demonstrated tenacity, courage, resilience and strength in a male dominated sport, but most importantly in her warm, welcoming personality and passion for helping women grow their resilience, feeling strong and empowered!
I am so excited to have found someone who is so aligned with the values and mission of @awc.wellnesstudios & I can’t wait to see what the next couple of months bring 💜
