Did you eat too much over the weekend?
If you’re sat at home feeling bad after saying to yourself ...
‘I shouldn’t have eaten all that food, I feel so bloated & crap!’
Or
‘I’ll cut down my food on Monday for a few days to make up for it!’
Then STOP right there! 🛑 ✋🏾
Restricting your intake encourages a unhealthy relationship with food.
Unhealthy relationships with food = continual poor decisions in regards to your health and goals.
Talking down to yourself or being mad about over eating IS NOT going to make you less bloated or undo your choices
It will not create a healthy relationship & love for your body which is VITAL when trying to get healthy and lose weight.
Self hate isn’t the way to get yourself into the gym.
Training and eating well, is an act of LOVE and RESPECT for your body!
When you chose to treat yourself kindly rather than to ‘treat yourself’ with food, you’ll be giving your body what it NEEDS rather than covering up your actual needs with distractions- like wine, crisps & cookies 😉
Focus on what’s important

𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭?
𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬?
If you had a great weekend, then that’s what’s ultimately important !
Yes. you’re going to feel a bit sluggish, bloated and heavier than usual.
BUT, nip the negative talk in the bud and get your butt to the gym & back to your usual routine 😉
But this time, out of love for yourself & not punishment! 💓
Getting back to normal is what will ALWAYS make you feel great again, so get to it !
