These are things we’ve ALL heard before right?!
These statements aren’t incorrect...
It's somewhat ‘good advice’, but advice without the means, without the method, just isn’t helpful!
Yes, weight loss does come down to calories..
Whether you’re eating McDonalds or a green salad, if the calories are low enough for your body, you will lose weight with either meal.
However, there are MANY other factors that need to be considered to be able to lose weight
